COST SHARING for DESIGNERS, BUILDERS and BRANDS

One shoot can work for the whole team — designer, builder, architect, and brands. Splitting the cost means less out of pocket for each business, with a full image license included for everyone involved.

Why it works:

The homeowner's space is only shot once, which keeps the process easier for everyone. Splitting the fee lowers the cost per business, and it opens the door to cross-posting and tagging each other's work, so everyone gets more visibility from a single shoot.

How it's coordinated:

The commissioning client — usually the designer — coordinates shoot day with the homeowner and me, and manages styling for the space. Each additional business simply gets added to the cost-sharing group, signs their own contract and receives an image license.

Cost Sharing Rates

Half Day

  • 1 business — shoot + 1 image license: $1,400

  • 2 businesses — cost share + 2 image licenses: $1000 each

  • 3 businesses — cost share + 3 image licenses: $800 each

Full Day

  • 1 business — shoot + 1 image license: $2,000

  • 2 businesses — cost share + 2 image licenses: $1,400 each

  • 3 businesses — cost share + 3 image licenses: $1,200 each

Specific requests:

Cost sharing also means specific shots can be planned in advance — a custom cabinet detail for one business, a header image for another's website. Just let me know what you need before shoot day.

Buying in after the fact:

Not ready to commit upfront? Individual images can be purchased after the shoot for $250 each, based on usage.
